RPA Developer

About the Role

• Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create functional specifications for robotic processes.
• Maintain the RPA infrastructure and ensure that processes function effectively post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective measures to ensure smooth operation.
• Document all processes and solutions in compliance with best practices and company standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Java.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and identify automation potential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
