This is a full-time, on-site role for an MD Ayurvedic Doctor based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Ayurvedic consultations.
• Conducting detailed patient assessments.
• Diagnosing conditions using classical Ayurvedic principles.
• Designing individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribing herbal medicines and therapies.
• Monitoring patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
• Collaborating with other wellness and development professionals.
• Contributing to health education sessions.
• Supporting holistic programs that promote long-term well-being.
• Participation in workshops, community outreach initiatives, and documentation of case studies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recognized MD in Ayurveda from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
• Strong knowledge of classical Ayurvedic texts, diagnostic methods (e.g., prakriti assessment, nadi pariksha), and evidence-informed practice.
• Experience in prescribing Ayurvedic medications, panchakarma and other therapeutic procedures, and lifestyle counseling.
• Ability to take detailed case histories.
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate medical records.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain Ayurvedic concepts to diverse audiences in accessible language.
• Cultural sensitivity and empathy, with a commitment to patient-centered, non-discriminatory care aligned with HuHaHo’s holistic values.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation.
• Willingness to learn organizational systems and processes.
• Prior experience in a holistic wellness, hospital, or clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
