About the Role
Operations - Associate (Afternoon Shift) in Airoli.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation:
- Reconciliation of accounts daily between Kondor/Geneva (K+) and the Prime broker / Custodian statements.
- Reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash between K+ and Prime Broker (PB) statements.
- Follow up with Prime Brokers/Fund Managers to seek clarifications on outstanding breaks.
- Processing:
- Uploading trades into K+ manually or through auto-loading of files received from Manager /PB.
- Fail trade monitoring and settlement.
- Tracking corporate actions (e.g., rights, bonuses, splits, amalgamations, dividends).
- Trade confirmation with counterparties.
- Wire processing.

Qualifications
- Experience with Reconciliation processes.
- Experience with Trade Processing.
- Familiarity with Corporate Actions.
