About the Role

• A remote internship designed to support Weskill’s human resources and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and documentation of HR policies.
• Helping manage personnel data.
• Supporting employee benefits and engagement activities.
• Contributing to people analytics projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing HR-related data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinating HR processes.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the learner and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in strategic HR and people analytics.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to help document and communicate them clearly.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting HR operations.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time well, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in spreadsheets or data tools, and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
