About the Role

• As part of the consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment, resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organizational financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP Data Services installation, configuration, and administration.
• Manage and administer SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) environments across development, QA, and production.
• Manage repositories, job servers, and access servers.
• Hands-on experience with CMC, job monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of event-based scheduling and metadata management.
• Collaborate with development teams to support data integration, profiling, and metadata management initiatives.
• Monitor job execution, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of ETL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
