Job Overview

Qloron Technology is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to join our sales and business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their careers in sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development. Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
• Support cold calling, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with the business development team to identify new opportunities.
• Support sales activities targeting UK and Indian markets.
• Work according to the assigned UK / India shift.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Interest in sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Good research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn sales strategies and achieve business targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
