About the Role

The Doctor at Nutridocs will provide clinical oversight for personalized weight management programs, including assessing client health status, reviewing medical histories, and determining safe, effective treatment plans. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations.
• Monitor client progress.
• Adjust nutrition and activity recommendations based on medical needs.
• Coordinate with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and behavioral specialists.
• Ensure all programs align with current medical guidelines.
• Manage potential risks and contraindications.
• Document care in a structured, compliant manner.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with digital tools and health technology platforms for documentation, monitoring, and virtual collaboration.
• Prior experience in telehealth or digital health settings is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate specialization in internal medicine, endocrinology, or nutrition-related fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of obesity management, metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.
• Ability to apply evidence-based guidelines to individual cases.
• Experience in conducting clinical consultations.
• Experience in interpreting diagnostic reports.
• Experience in creating safe, personalized care plans for weight management and related conditions.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to motivate clients.
• Ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical, non-judgmental, gender-neutral, and inclusive care.
• Focus on long-term health outcomes and sustainable behavior change.
• Current medical registration and license to practice.
