Job Overview
- Hiring Customer Support Executives for premier international BPO processes.
- Interact with global customers to assist, troubleshoot, and deliver world-class service.
- Support channels include Voice, Live Chat, and Email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via Voice, Chat, or Email with high professionalism.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and quality parameters.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients in English.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent Spoken & Written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills (30+ WPM preferred for Chat/Email).
- Comfort working in rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational offs).
- Openness to work from office in Jaipur.
