Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own a real business project with actual deliverables and deadlines.
- Analyze data (trades, assets, initiatives) to surface insights.
- Dig into market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Get paired with a mentor and take on weekly challenges.
- Pitch your work to executives at FINTANK.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Rising senior graduating December 2027–June 2028.
- Available for the full 10-week commitment.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
- Typically 3.0+ GPA.
- Demonstrated business leadership through internships, projects, or initiatives.
- Strong problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in fintech and financial services innovation.
- Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
Compensation
- $1–50 per hour.
