About the Role
StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support senior management initiatives focused on process improvements, metrics reporting, and various one-off projects. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with some exposure to financial services and a passion for leveraging data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compile, analyze, and report on key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Participate in and contribute to various ad hoc projects, as directed by senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analyses, and provide actionable insights.
- Support the preparation and presentation of business reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Work with management and teams to identify opportunities and use cases for AI technology.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office including Visio.
- Experience in project management procedures.
- Familiarity with derivative trade flow.
Qualifications
- College degree required (Business Administration or Finance preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
