Lighting Design & Technical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lighting Design & Technical Engineer to support our international project teams. This role combines technical engineering expertise with creative lighting design support and requires strong collaboration skills in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support international lighting design projects from concept development through execution
• Prepare lighting calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., Dialux, Relux)
• Develop technical documentation, drawings, and presentations
• Produce and modify CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino
• Assist in creating visual materials using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and project teams globally
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards in all deliverables
• Participate in internal and external project reviews and technical discussions

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree (B. tech / BE) or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of lighting calculation software (Dialux or Relux preferred)
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Rhino - Revit preferred)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Teams

Preferred Experience

• Experience in lighting design or building services engineering is preferred
