Working Days: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Book diagnostic appointments and coordinate with diagnostic centres.
• Follow up with patients and assist them throughout the booking process.

Requirements

• Freshers only.
• Aged 18–29 years.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Polite, confident, and eager to learn.
