Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate garment fit and balance on live models or forms, clearly communicating pattern and construction adjustments.
- Update and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, construction details, BOMs, and specifications.

- Review prototypes and SMS samples for construction quality, stitch details, finishing, and consistency with approved specifications.
- Communicate fit and construction updates clearly and accurately across internal teams.
- Troubleshoot construction and pattern issues to improve fit, consistency, and cost efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of patterns, including pattern shapes, grading, fit implications, and alterations.
- Experience capturing and organizing fit comments and notes during fittings.
- Solid denim garment-construction knowledge, including seams, finishes, and stitch types.
- The ability to interpret design intent and translate it into clear technical direction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems for tech pack updates.
