Key Responsibilities
- Gather various reports from back end / ECRM tools.
- MIS reporting as per process.
- Reduce timeline for improvement on TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Coordinate & close loop back end requirements from the sales team with various internal & external agencies.
- Act as a support structure to the Sales team when required.
- Continuous coordination with all channel partners.
- Ensure steady data flow from sales in locations to the head office.
- Cross-functional coordination with backend functions.
- Data analysis.
