Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries exclusively through live chat.
- Assist customers with parcel shipping, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Address customer concerns related to lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- Assist with shipment-related claims and resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Undergraduates and Graduates.
- Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
