Tax Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls to assist customers with tax-related queries, products, and services.
• Clearly and professionally explain company offerings to existing and potential customers.
• Gather, verify, and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and providing effective solutions.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Process product orders and service requests efficiently.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. A Commerce background is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work in an international voice process and night shifts.
