About the Role
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for door and interior solutions. The role includes meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with internal teams. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, track market trends, and collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and support long-term business growth. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Build a strong sales pipeline for door and interior solutions.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Business and Account Management capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, visit client locations, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in interiors, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
