About the Role
Internship Opportunity | HR & Marketing Intern (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in talent sourcing through job portals, social media, and campus networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
- Support recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Students from any academic background.
- Individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated candidates who can work independently.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
