About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chennai, focused on supporting BIM-related teams and operations with GCC exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for technical and project staff.
- Implement and maintain HR policies.
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Support performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and GCC-related requirements.
- Support payroll inputs and HR analytics.
- Collaborate with project and leadership teams to align HR practices with organizational objectives and BIM project needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- HR Recruitment experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or GCC (Global Capability Center) recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) preferred / Any UG Degree.
- 0–2 years in HR Recruitment.
Work Location: DLF IT Park, Ramapuram, Chennai (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Work Days: 5-Days of work (Saturday & Sunday are Week Off)
