Human Resources Executive – Recruitment

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's growing workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within the given timelines.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in end-to-end hiring.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced recruitment environments will be an added advantage.
