About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our healthcare recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Home Care Nurse vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for Home Care Nurse positions through job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups.
- Make recruitment calls and explain job opportunities to candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable nursing candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good telephone communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate pursuing a degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
