About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You will focus on boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and the financial process end-to-end.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Process timely and accurate billing and invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work within a team with detailed instructions and a narrow scope of work.
• Make decisions that impact your own work under close supervision.
