Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

Ainimight is a multidisciplinary creative studio specializing in branding, publishing, illustration, packaging, and motion graphics. The studio collaborates with ambitious brands, startups, and organizations to build thoughtful visual identities and compelling visual narratives. This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Intern position based in Chandigarh, India. The role offers exposure to a wide range of creative disciplines and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating visual assets for branding, publishing, packaging, and motion projects, including logos, icons, layouts, and digital graphics.
• Assist with concept development.
• Prepare design mockups.
• Refine visual elements based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Perform basic image editing.
• Organize design files.
• Collaborate with other creatives.
• Contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects and internal initiatives.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including working with brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency in Image Editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software).
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools.
• Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and the ability to follow creative direction and incorporate feedback.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects relevant to branding and visual communication.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
