Graduate Recruiter (January start)

About the Role

Join an established recruitment scale-up at an exciting stage of growth. Work from a Bryant Park office alongside experienced consultants and accessible senior leadership. You will enter a business with proven markets, existing client relationships, and warm opportunities to develop. Previous recruitment experience is not required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong ambition and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment.

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is not required.
• You will receive structured training, practical coaching, and the opportunity to build a long-term career.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Uncapped commission
• Average first-year earnings around $90,000, with significant upside for high performers.
