Manovya™ is a premium Ayurvedic skincare brand built around intentional care and The Pause of Queens™. We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across social media and our Shopify website.

About the Role

This role combines creative design with regular, template-based execution. Our brand guidelines and visual direction are already established. You’ll work within them to adapt existing layouts, create new graphics, and introduce fresh layouts where needed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both developing ideas and handling everyday design requirements with consistency and attention to detail.

What You’ll Work On

• Social media graphics, including Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives.
• Website assets, including banners, product graphics, ingredient visuals, and promotional graphics.
• Adapting existing designs for different formats, sizes, products, and campaigns.
• Creating new layouts that feel consistent with our brand’s visual identity.
• Preparing reusable templates for recurring content.
• Delivering organised, editable source files and assets ready for publishing.

You’ll work directly with the founders, using provided briefs, copy, and product assets to create clear, visually engaging designs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A portfolio demonstrating strong social media and website graphic design.
• A good eye for typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Experience preparing graphics for mobile viewing and different digital formats.
• Reliable communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage agreed deadlines.
• Experience with skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or premium D2C brands is a plus.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are welcome but not essential.

Working Arrangement

This is a remote, freelance role with a mix of recurring design tasks and campaign-specific requirements. Working hours, turnaround expectations, and compensation will be agreed based on the scope and availability.
