Junior Project Coordinator, Digital marketing

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and execution-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the timely delivery of projects across our digital marketing and creative teams. The role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, maintaining project trackers, following up with team members and ensuring that deliverables are completed as planned. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on daily execution, task tracking and team communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and deliverables across digital marketing, design, content and development teams, as applicable.
• Maintain project trackers, task statuses, deadlines and daily progress updates.
• Follow up with team members on pending and overdue tasks.
• Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or execution blockers.
• Coordinate internal communication and client deliverables, where applicable.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related discipline.
• Preferably 6–24 months of practical experience in project coordination, operations coordination, client servicing or a similar execution-focused role.
• Freshers with relevant internships or demonstrable project coordination experience may also apply.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, communication and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and following up with different teams.
