Internship Trainee

About the Role

Bethel Mind Center is a mental health and wellness organization in Gurugram providing accessible, evidence-informed psychological care and support. This Internship Trainee role is an on-site position offering hands-on exposure to mental health and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with intake processes for neurodivergent children and adult clients.
• Maintain organized records.
• Support clinicians with preparation of session materials or psychoeducational resources under supervision.
• Observe sessions (as permitted).
• Participate in case discussions.
• Help with workshops or group activities.
• Contribute to outreach or awareness initiatives.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and appointment coordination.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• On-site work in Gurugram.
• Ability to commit to agreed internship duration and working hours.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact respectfully and clearly with clients and team members.
• Empathy, emotional maturity, and a genuine interest in mental health.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ideally pursuing or recently completed studies in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
