Key Responsibilities

• Application & Release Management Support
• Review case tickets, research, and provide resolution.
• Escalate tickets requiring technical resolution.
• Testing Release Management
• Review of User Stories.
• Updating of User Stories - Business updates.
• Execution of Business Test cases.
• Post-launch Support
• Business support.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes.
• Accountable for creation and execution of business requirements, test plans, and scripts for cross-functional assessments.
• Elevate defects and issues to Management and test leads for concurrence.
• Assist in the analysis of issues and work with the Project Technology group in deciphering the impact of the issues.
• Analyze defects and compare with requirements to identify gaps.
• Quickly analyze whether migration was successful and identify production-related issues.
• Provide operational support by researching, developing, and communicating solutions through gathering, compiling, and reviewing information and data.
• Evaluate existing systems and procedures, identify alternate courses of action, and develop tools and/or improvements.
• Participate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation, and effectively resolving issues.
• Communicate regularly with other UAT PMs, QA Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers, and QA Core members.
• Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Primary Skill: Wealth and Asset Management Applications - P3
• Wealth Management experience is required.
