About the Role

Full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Ulhasnagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated team.
• Plan daily workflows and allocate tasks.
• Monitor performance to ensure achievement of operational and sales targets.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Provide regular feedback.
• Facilitate training to improve productivity and quality of service.
• Track key metrics.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Escalate issues or risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Resolve complex customer or merchant concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with digital tools and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience supervising or guiding a small to medium-sized team.
• Proficiency in basic operations management, including task allocation, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Solid customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and complex queries effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Prior experience in payments, fintech, retail, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Organized, detail-focused working style.
• Ability to work on-site in Ulhasnagar.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred.
