About the Role

This full-time, on-site Doctoral Student role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and involves contributing to advanced research initiatives aligned with Tech Mahindra’s digital and technology focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects.
• Collect and analyze data.
• Develop models or frameworks in collaboration with academic and industry mentors.
• Review current literature.
• Conduct experiments or simulations.
• Document findings.
• Prepare technical reports, publications, or presentations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into potential solutions, prototypes, or process improvements.
• Participate in regular progress reviews.
• Maintain accurate research records.
• Adhere to ethical and quality standards in all research activities.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, including experience in designing studies, reviewing literature, and interpreting quantitative or qualitative data.
• Solid technical and domain-related skills relevant to your doctoral area (e.g., computer science, engineering, data science, AI, or related fields), with the ability to work on complex, technology-driven projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to prepare research papers, technical documentation, and presentations for academic and industry stakeholders.
• Collaboration and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple research tasks, work with mentors and teams, and meet project timelines.
• Enrollment in or eligibility for a doctoral program at a recognized institution, with a strong academic record.
• Prior research experience, publications, or conference presentations are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
