About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress-based websites and web applications, including custom themes, child themes, and plugins.
- Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible front-end layouts.
- Optimize site performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and marketing to implement new features.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Support content updates and landing page creation.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Apply security best practices.
- Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the web platform.

- Modern build tools and workflows (e.g., Git, package managers, task runners)
- Debugging tools (browser and server-side)
Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills.
- Practical knowledge of Back-End Web Development for WordPress.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing WordPress environments.
- Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in SaaS or data-focused products and prior work on high-traffic, content-rich WordPress sites is an advantage.
