About the Role

HOOC AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking ambitious MBA freshers specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development for a Sales & Marketing Intern position. This on-site role in Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offers practical exposure to B2B sales and marketing in the IT and AI industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients for IT services, software development, and AI solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries and business opportunities.
• Support B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition activities.
• Communicate with prospective clients, conduct follow-ups, and schedule business meetings.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain lead databases and track sales activities and conversion rates.
• Work toward business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA freshers only, preferably specializing in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital marketing, and lead-generation techniques is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, research, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work on-site at our Noida office.
