Key Responsibilities

• Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time.
• Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization, reducing project risks and billing loss.
• Perform Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management.
• Track billing, deployment, and attrition trends, creating meaningful reports and insights for management teams.
• Maintain employee skill database and timesheet compliance.
• Conduct Bench/New joiners’ induction.
• Understand current gaps to identify organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements.
• Create and log requirement status requests in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.
• Hold weekly calls with Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment.
• Provide the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs and validate demands.
• Update the criticality of demands.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) for generating reports.
• RMG tool (mentioned in responsibilities).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
