Program Description

The Data Analyst Traineeship program at MedTourEasy is a remote program focused on learning and supporting data-driven decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, the trainee will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, and help with basic data analysis and reporting under guidance from senior team members. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate analysis results in clear terms, and participate in regular check-ins to review progress and learn best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a keen interest in problem-solving.
• Foundational Data Analytics skills, including working with datasets and basic tools or software.
• Knowledge of Statistics to understand and interpret quantitative information.
• Communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic Data Modeling skills or a willingness to learn structured approaches to organizing data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a strong motivation to learn in a trainee capacity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Introductory experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or having completed studies in a quantitative, technical, or related field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics) is preferred.
