About the Role

This position is within the MAHLE North American Electrical Engineering Organization, responsible for the interface between the customer and electrical component suppliers from Acquisition to Series Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing warranty return process for electrical components, with a focus on brushed and brushless blower motors.
• Define and implement improvements for the warranty return process.
• Create and run new electrical test procedures.
• Performance test engineering samples.
• Fabricate wire harnesses/controllers.
• Support debugging activities related to in-house fabrication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Use of laboratory equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, meters).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Wire Harness Fabrication.
• Electronics Hardware Building (soldering, fabrication, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering Technology.
• This role is open for Sophomore, Junior, or Senior students.
• Previous internships are preferred but not required.
• Extra-curricular engineering clubs or hobbies are a plus.
