About the Role
VRT Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Intern to join their team for a 3-month onsite internship in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.
What You Will Learn
- The Complete Hiring Process:
- Creating the Master Job Profile, including defining job roles, responsibilities, and developing 3D job descriptions.
- Understanding Candidate Profiles & Psychometric Assessments using TriMetrix HD Profiles.
- Crafting Customized Interview Questions aligned with job competencies and psychometric assessments.
- Job Posting & Candidate Screening techniques.
- Conducting Structured Interviews and making unbiased hiring decisions.
- Making Offer Letters and developing 30-60-90 day onboarding plans.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Performance based PPO (Pre placement Offer).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
