About the Role

TalentXM, powered by BlockTXM Inc., is building the next wave of AI-powered products and workflows. The AI/ML Internship & Bootcamp Program is a 6-12 week, completely remote and flexible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Preprocess and analyze datasets for model training.
• Contribute to AI/ML model development and evaluation.
• Experiment with AI-powered product features and workflows.
• Research emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and architectures.
• Collaborate on applied projects and capstone assignments.
• Support development of scalable AI workflows and integrations.

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and Workflow Orchestration.
• Development of a portfolio of applied AI/ML projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience in AI product experimentation and orchestration.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in AI/ML, problem-solving, and product innovation.
• Preferred academic backgrounds: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Open to graduate, undergraduate, and management students.

Internship Details
