Associate, Quality Assurance

About the Role

The Associate, Quality Assurance reviews documentation, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with internal standards, applicable regulations, and relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Perform routine quality checks.
• Support internal audits and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track quality metrics.
• Identify process improvements.
• Help maintain consistent quality in deliverables.
• Contribute to training materials.
• Support GMP-aligned practices where applicable.
• Prepare quality reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Ability to support quality activities across projects.
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles.
• Experience working within structured quality systems or frameworks.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar regulated environments relevant to clinical development and supplies.
• Exposure to Quality Auditing, including support for internal audits, documentation reviews, and follow-up on findings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
