About the Role

Enthusiastic and reliable Guest Room Attendants are needed to help create exceptional experiences for guests at WinStar World Casino & Resort. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, are passionate about cleanliness, and enjoy being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize guest rooms to perfection, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, polishing mirrors, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Ensure all guest room supplies are replenished and rooms are ready for check-in.
• Maintain a clean and tidy space to ensure guests feel cared for and valued.
• Clean up to 15 rooms per day, ensuring they are in top condition for every guest.
• Handle public areas, ensuring the entire hotel remains sparkling.
• Work as part of a close-knit housekeeping team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stretch, and be on feet for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Takes pride in work and ensures rooms are spotless.
• Positive Attitude: Possesses a can-do attitude, respect for others' belongings and privacy, and a strong work ethic. Enjoys working independently and making people smile.
• Trustworthy & Reliable: Dependable, committed to providing excellent service, and maintains confidentiality and respect for guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is welcomed, but not strictly required.
• Ability to work full-time with steady hours.
