Property Consultant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Kolkata at RIdyanshi Realty Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and renting process.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Arrange site visits for clients.
• Conduct market research.
• Maintain property listings.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams.
• Manage negotiations.
• Support documentation and closing processes.
• Ensure a high standard of client service and follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, with flexibility for client meetings and property visits as required.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM, email, and spreadsheets for tracking leads and property information.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and real estate skills, including knowledge of local property markets and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
• Relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, or related customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree.
• Real estate certifications are an advantage.
