About the Role
- This is a part-time position focused on providing financial support to eligible candidates during their final semester of nursing school.
- Upon licensure, candidates will transition into a role with MercyOne and have an 18-month retention requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Adhere to Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and other policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional behavior standards.
Program Details
- Earn a $2,500 monthly stipend while completing the final 6 months of RN education.
- MercyOne will reimburse board and licensure fees.
- An 18-month retention requirement applies after obtaining licensure.
- Working as a PRN Student Nurse Tech during the program is optional.
Qualifications
- Must be in the final semester of school in an eligible position.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return it before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must commit to working for at least 18 months post licensure.
