About the Role

• Support client engagements by conducting research, analyzing business processes, and preparing reports and presentations for senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves gathering and interpreting data, assisting in designing tailored solutions, and helping implement recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, document requirements, and contribute to problem-solving workshops and strategy sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Expected to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze business processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• Gather and interpret data.
• Assist in designing tailored solutions across HR, Sales, Technology, and Market Analysis.
• Help implement recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Document requirements.
• Contribute to problem-solving workshops and strategy sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and online collaboration platforms).

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Business acumen and understanding of core functions such as Human Resources, Sales, and basic market analysis.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare structured reports, slides, and client documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on cross-functional projects with guidance from senior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a consulting environment.
• Interest in management consulting, technology-enabled solutions, and continuous learning.
