Geektrust is building GenAI solutions to transform hiring with intelligent AI, candidate-first experiences, and human insight. The AI-led interview platform blends technology with human empathy and discretion. As a Proctoring Associate, you will be the human-in-the-loop, ensuring AI runs efficiently, ethically, and responsibly, shaping the future of tech hiring and improving candidate experiences. This is a high-impact, flexible opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live technical interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or our platform.
• Intervene or flag issues when AI hits an edge case or makes a mistake.
• Troubleshoot problems related to bot performance, timing, or user experience.
• Record and escalate any suspicious behavior or platform bugs.
• Provide quick, clear summaries after each session.
• Work closely with the AI team to suggest fixes, improvements, or new features.
• Contribute to improving fairness by calibrating question logic and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain internal documentation of known issues, fixes, and best practices.
• Handle escalated customer queries or interview support needs.
• Stay current on new trends in AI interviewing and automation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A laptop, strong internet, and a quiet space.
• Great attention to detail and quick reflexes.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and escalate issues clearly.
• Note: Interested candidates should be able to commit a minimum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bonus: Experience in proctoring, live support, tech interviews, or customer handling.
