Tele sales trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele sales trainee to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients over phone, understand their requirements, and build positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Address client queries and provide relevant information about properties and services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle client objections professionally and guide them through the next steps.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal communication and client-handling skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, tele calling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
