Expeditor

About the Role

The Expeditor is the link between the kitchen and the customer, ensuring orders are prepared timely, meet Nando's standards, and reach the correct customer. Expeditors also prepare and package take-out orders and serve as the final point of contact for this customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner.
• Verify orders meet Nando’s standards.
• Ensure orders reach the correct customer.
• Prepare and package take-out orders.
• Provide the final interaction with take-out customers.
• Work with the team to exceed guest expectations and provide the Nando’s experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 15lbs for an extended period.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Hand-eye coordination.
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping.
• Pushing and Pulling.
• Lifting overhead.
• Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants.
