Junior Architect

About the Role

A full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hosur. This role will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting with design presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in developing architectural concepts.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Assist with design presentations.
• Coordinate design details.
• Contribute to space planning.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with project teams to integrate structural, MEP, and interior inputs.
• Participate in site visits.
• Document project progress.
• Help with basic project documentation.
• Assist with communication with consultants.
• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows, such as using design software and coordinating digital project information.
• Skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, supporting schedules, and assisting in coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in common architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
