About the Role
This fellowship provides an opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of former UC Davis letterwinner alumni engagement, under the close supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Executive Director of the Aggie Varsity Club. The position supports the engagement and development of UC Davis Athletics’ letterwinner community.
POSITION INFORMATION
- Salary or Pay Range: $36,000/annually - $36,000/annually

Key Responsibilities
- 70% - Digital Platform Management and Content Creation
- 30% - Event Management
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and comfort with spreadsheets/CRM tools and data analysis.
- Experience in event management and working with internal or external stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing, typing, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Quick decision making and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
- Recent UC Davis graduate.
Special Requirements
- This is a critical position; employment is contingent upon clearing a criminal background check(s) and may include drug screening, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
