The organization offers a dynamic environment where interns can learn modern marketing practices and contribute to impactful client campaigns. This is an on-site role based in Kollam.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor social media engagement.
• Help optimize posts for reach and performance.
• Perform basic web analytics tasks such as tracking campaign metrics.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Maintain organized documentation of campaign activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Interest in learning current tools and platforms.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, audience engagement, and basic platform management.
• Skills in Web Analytics, such as understanding key metrics and using data to support campaign decisions.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of graphic or video tools.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
