About the Role
Studio Home is a residential and commercial design firm that manages end-to-end interior design and execution. The team is driven by a passion for thoughtful design and hands-on project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing residential and commercial interior projects, from concept development to final installation.
- Meeting clients to understand their requirements.
- Developing design concepts and mood boards.
- Preparing drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating with the in-house manufacturing unit.
- Overseeing on-site work to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Collaborating with contractors and vendors to align design intent with execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design and visualization software.
- Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) skills.
- Space Planning and Architecture coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Basic project coordination skills.
- Communication and client-facing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or custom furniture is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
