About the Role

The Service Associate role at MR DIY India is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports daily store operations by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs.
• Guide customers to suitable products and promotions.
• Handle customer queries and concerns.
• Assist with billing and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are organized.
• Monitor product quality and price labels.
• Work closely with the store team to meet service standards.
• Support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Clear Communication Skills.
• Sound Analytical Skills.
• Basic Finance-related skills (handling cash, processing electronic payments, maintaining transaction accuracy).
• Prior retail or front-line service experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
